Tasked to manage the cash register, serve dishes, clean and wait tables. Was also tasked to help out in bar and packing delivery.

Learnt how to handle all kinds of customers. My fear of speaking to strangers gradually disappeared. This was a huge improvement for me.

Bakery that sells an assortment of breads, pastries, cakes and pizzas. Local establishment with 17 outlets around Singapore.

Tasked to manage the cash register, cash payment and other various types of payment mode. Efforts had to be taken to remember the various types of bread and its cost. Cleanliness was also the main focus, proper standards needed to be taken into consideration.
​
Learnt how to work with different people at work. Learnt how to not be afraid to ask for help whenever I need it.

Retail store that provides a wide range of products for expectants mothers, infants, toddlers, and children.

Tasked to manage the cash register, cash payment and other various types of payment mode during the Christmas season. Was also tasked to help out in the toy department, which taught me how to maintain high standards of customer service. Christmas period is usually the most hectic period for kiddy palace.

Learnt how to handle huge crowds. Especially not being overwhelmed by the sight of an extremely long queue. Learnt how to keep my cool and not be stressed.

Design agency that specializes in graphic design, packaging and events management.

100th years birthday celebration.
Co-ordinate stage decorations, photography, digital printout pictures for guests, ushering guests to tables and working with the restaurant's crew for the smooth flow of the event.
​
Learnt that many details have to be taken into consideration for the event, such as adhering to the set timeline, distribution of work, the required materials, responsibility between team members and event venue. However, timeline does deter and quick actions need to be taken for backup or contingency plans or even take alternative actions to overcome possible problems or pitfalls.
